My Approach
I am a fully qualified counsellor, accredited with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I am an intergrative counsellor, which means that I use a variety of different counselling models so that I can match our work to your needs. I have been working in GP surgeries, in the community and in private practice since 2008.
I have experience working with clients living with a range of different issues, including depression, anxiety, loss and bereavement, low self esteem, sexuality issues and identity and relationship difficulties.

I work from a room in my home, in a quiet, residential road in Catford, Lewisham. Parking is easy, the nearest BR Stations are Catford Bridge, Catford and Bellingham. There is a good bus service and I am easily accessible from Bromley, Beckenham, Penge, Sydenham, Blackheath, Lewisham, Deptford, New Cross, Forest Hill and Honor Oak
